How much does a Valorant skin cost in real money?
Valorant skins range from 875 VP (Select tier, ~$8–9) to 2,675 VP (Exclusive tier, ~$25+). Because you can't buy exact VP amounts, you usually need to purchase a bundle slightly above the skin price. For example, a 2,175 VP Ultra skin requires at least the $20 Standard bundle (2,050 VP) plus the $5 Basic bundle (1,000 VP), totaling $25 for a $20 skin.
Why can't I just buy exactly the VP I need?
Riot Games only sells VP in fixed bundle sizes ($4.99, $9.99, $19.99, etc.). This is a deliberate design: you're almost always forced to buy more VP than needed, leaving "leftover" VP that encourages future spending. This calculator shows you the minimum cost to reach your target.
