To utilize LootBusters, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained explicit parental or legal guardian consent to access our website and redeem points.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete email registration information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the absolute security and confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords.
  • All activities, point redemptions, and task transactions that occur under your registered profile.
  • Immediately notifying our security team at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.

2. Point System & Reward Redemptions

LootBusters operates a digital rewards ledger. Users earn digital "Points" by successfully completing third-party surveys, mobile app downloads, video advertisements, and affiliate tasks.

Key Point Limitations:

  • Points are promotional digital tokens and do not possess any real-world monetary value.
  • Points are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or pooled between different user accounts.
  • We reserve the absolute right to deduct points, modify redemption values, or terminate point programs if a task was credited in error, completed fraudulently, or reversed by our advertising networks.
  • Gift card codes (e.g., Steam, Riot, Roblox, PayPal) are delivered digitally. All redemptions are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged once processed.

3. Strict Anti-Fraud, Multi-Accounting, & VPN Policies

To protect the integrity of our sponsors and ensure a fair ecosystem for all players, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity.

Any of the following activities will result in immediate, permanent account termination and the forfeiture of all point balances:

  • Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per individual, physical household, or network IP address.
  • Proxy/VPN Usage: Accessing the website or offerwalls using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, residential proxy pool, Tor, or any service designed to mask your true geographic location.
  • Automation & Bots: Using custom macros, clickers, automated scripts, artificial intelligence bots, or browser emulators to simulate human task engagement.
  • Chargebacks & Charge reversals: Completing paid offerwall purchases and subsequently initiating chargebacks or disputes with your credit card or bank.
  • False Information: Providing fake demographic details or misleading answers on survey profile setup prompts.

4. Third-Party Links & Offerwalls

LootBusters integrates third-party offerwalls, survey panels, and advertising networks. These external networks are entirely owned and operated by separate companies (e.g., AdGate, Lootably, RevU, etc.).

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Any disputes regarding task tracking, delayed point crediting, or offer compliance must be directed to the customer support team of the specific offerwall where the task was initiated.

5. Termination & Suspension Rights

We reserve the absolute right, without prior notice, liability, or justification, to suspend, limit, or permanently delete your account and block your network IP addresses. Termination may be triggered by violations of these Terms, requests by law enforcement agencies, security vulnerability concerns, prolonged inactivity exceeding 365 calendar days, or technical modifications to our backend services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LootBusters is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free from server glitches, database lag, or point tracking errors. We assume no liability for points lost due to system outages, server database rollbacks, or third-party offerwall system failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LootBusters, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital point assets, gift cards, or data arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our platform.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, we will modify the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use LootBusters after updates are published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
